What happens when you call?

    We plan your cover

    Tell us the site, the hours and the duties. We visit the site, work out how many officers you need, and send a written quote as soon as possible.

    Officers start

    Your officers start on the date we agree with you. We can usually start within 24 hours. If it's urgent, we need at least 3 hours' notice.

    We keep watch, 24/7

    We monitor officers and sites around the clock, every day of the year. What we report, and how often, depends on what you need.

    Every officer we put on your site holds the SIA licence the job needs. The SIA licenses individual officers.

  • Monitored 24/7

    We monitor our officers and sites around the clock from our control room, every day of the year, including nights, weekends and bank holidays.

  • Vetted before they start

    We screen our officers to BS 7858 before their first shift.

  • Briefed on your site

    Officers work to written instructions for your site, agreed with you: their duties, who to call, and what to do in an emergency. Every officer gets an induction, and our supervisors visit regularly.

  • Certified to ISO 9001:2015

    Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015, covering guarding and keyholding. Our operations team is led by a manager who holds the IOSH Managing Safely certificate.

What do you need to know to give me a quote?

Can you take over from our current security company?

Yes. Our HR department handles the changeover, including any TUPE transfers of existing officers.

Can you supply officers for a single night or event?

Yes, we take one-off and short-term bookings, except in retail, where the shortest booking is one week. For events, see our event security.

Do you work outside London?

We may be able to, depending on the type and length of the contract.
