About our guides

Our guides help London businesses understand security: what it involves, which rules apply and what to check. This page explains how we write them, what we won’t do, and how to tell us if we’ve got something wrong.
Who writes our guides?
Our guides are drafted with AI assistance, and each one says so. A person at Albiz reviews every guide before it’s published, and the guide shows the date of that review.
Where do the facts come from?
Every statistic links to its source, and each guide lists its sources at the end. For law and regulation we use primary sources, such as legislation.gov.uk, the Security Industry Authority and the Health and Safety Executive.
What won’t we do?
- We don’t invent facts, statistics, quotes, testimonials or case studies.
- We don’t copy or rewrite other companies’ articles.
- We don’t name competitors, and we don’t name our clients.
- We don’t use AI-generated images of our staff, sites or vehicles.
When do we change a guide?
We update a guide when the law, the data or our advice changes, and we show the date of the update. We don’t change that date unless the guide itself has changed.
Is this legal advice?
No. Our guides are general information for businesses in London. They aren’t legal advice, so take professional advice on your own situation.
How do you report a mistake?
Email info@albiz.co.uk with the address of the guide and what’s wrong. We’ll look into it, and correct anything that’s wrong.
